These cars used to be everywhere. They sold well when new, they didn't break down and, as the Accord got more sophisticated and moved upscale, these, old, "simple" Accords sold for little money. They lived on as first cars, beaters, commuter cars, etc. I can't even count how many people I know who had one of these at one time.
Even the best cars can only go for so long. Rust was the biggest enemy of the Accord, but those that didn't rust were often scrapped as individuals and families found newer, better equipped, small cars to buy. As common as they once were, they're all but gone now. That's why this one, in this condition, stands out.

The cars has been a mother / daughter car and still has its original window sticker, key tags, manuals, etc. The seller says that there is a log book that details the car's trips, gas fill up and maintenance.
The best thing about this car is that except for a K&N intake and air cleaner, this car is stock, right down to its plain steel wheels and skinny tires. (It was repainted 20 years ago and the seller says it could use another respray)
