From 1957 through 1962 you could buy a Vauxhall Victor at your local Pontiac dealer. They didn't sell well, though. GM put very little effort into marketing them.
Although produced in England, the Victor has a distinct US look to it with small fins, big chrome bumpers and side body accent strips.

The seller leaves very little information about the car in his ad. He does mention that the motor "runs". This car needs a complete restoration, but appears to be remarkably rust free. (Vauxhalls were notorious for rust.) A restored Vauhall is not worth a lot of money. Restoring this car would be a labor of love. I hope someone takes it on.
