The Monza version of the Corvair station wagon was built for just one year, 1962. The Corvair station wagon in general was not a huge seller for Chevy (they built it for just two years; 1961 and 1962) and not many people ponied up the extra cash for the Monza version. Out of a total of close to 300,000 Corvairs built in 1962, just over 2300 were Monza wagons. If I remember correctly (I used to own a bunch of Corvairs, including a Monza wagon), that makes it the second rarest Corvair model ever. (The 1969 Convertible being the rarest.)
This car is a basket case (more like a "Rubbermaid case" as many parts are in rubber bins), but it's all there and looks to be fairly solid.
The asking price is an extremely reasonable $500.00. If you start working on it right away you could have it finished in time for its 50th birthday.
