This car (with a new $3500.00 paint job) appears to be in very nice condition. The interior looks nice and the engine bay looks clean. The seller says the car runs and drives well.
It has California "black plates", which means something in Califonia, but little everywhere else.
There aren't a lot of these cars left. They weren't as iconic as the later 2002 and few people thought about preserving them.
The grille pieces are missing, but all-in-all this is a nice looking car. The asking price is a reasonable $4900.00.

1961 Borgward Isabella TS Coupe - Stylish and, after Borgward corrected a few flaws on the early cars, well built, the Isabella Coupe was a successful car for the German Borgward brand. Borgward was controversially forced into Bankruptcy in 1961 and production of the Isabella ceased. The Borgward production line was sold and shipped to a Mexican firm who produced some Borgward cars in the early and mid-sixties, but the Isabella wasn't one of them.
This Isabella Coupe is, according to the seller, a running, driving, nice looking car that needs a little TLC.

1970 Citroen D-Special - Citroen experts can feel free to correct me here, but I believe the D-Special is another name for the ID19, a down-market version of the Citroen DS.While hydropneumatics controlled the self-leveling suspension, brakes, clutch and power steering on the DS, the D-Special (and ID19) had conventional brakes and steering.
This car was imported from France about 12 years ago. It has all the European features, including the swiveling headlights.
This Citroen D-Special is in nice shape and is being sold by a person who owns a few other Citroens.
